I used to be barefoot a lot as a kid a lot in west Africa, before I moved back to England.
It just feels so right. You feel more connected to nature, more free, wild. Toughen up your feet.
I just spent 45 minutes or so walking barefoot up and down the garden on this fine evening. Fresh, quiet, slight moisture in the air from light drizzle earlier. I even did a couple of sprints down the garden. Staying moving, especially barefoot, actually mogs hard, but it's easy to slip into sedentary rotting like everyone nowadays.
Anyway, try incorporating barefoot walking outside into your life. Perhaps just in the garden, or even in public if you're low inhib enough
