After weeks of what felt like varicoceles or epididymitis, I hypothesized the root issue being poor circulation from lack of activity

After just 2 days of 8k steps a day, my pain is subsiding and my erections feel stronger, ejaculations more powerful

I even notice my undereyes look clearer, maybe better circulation to my entire body?

I will walkmaxx everyday now

there is diminishing returns after 7-8k i already read the studies bhai

health maxxing = combination of zone 2 and VO2 max training

realistically u only need 7-8k steps at a brisk pace to achieve zone 2

then add on top of that some high intensity exercise like sprinting, cycling, or swimming at maximum heartrate to achieve VO2 max

can split zone 2 and vo2 throughout the week

as u age, musculature is important too, so lifting weights is ideal as well, but not turning urself into a gymcel
