this is legit.

I even hike topless and walk/jog through fairly dense HK residential neighborhoods topless to help my high inhib and self esteem issues, which is what my therapist told me to do.

then when I told her I did it she brought it up when making the case to have me sectioned。

i get tired too easily. and nothing interesting outside, i literally never feel anything anymore or u guys r schizos

Walking is one of my favorite copes. There's empty fields near my house and I just walk and lie in them for hours its beautiful ngl and makes me forget everything shit about my life.
