Wanna get in the gym to build a nice body

My main concern in the gym is what ill do there ive asked my mates they say i gotta do legs i dont see a point in that i just want a sexy upper body that i can eventually maintain easily. Routine would be cool or you put me on to some sick one!!!!

I mean sure but if you grow your upper body too much it will be disproportionate and thats not aesthetic

i wouldnt grow it to much tho and plus legs are pretty big already from when i played football as a striker banging in shots most games
 
i was watching a yt video once and this fella said big legs make you waist look narrower and i think thats a good enough reason to train them
also people will laugh at you if youre jacked with skinny legs
disproportionate ≠ aesthetic

Idk if bro science but they say training legs increases test cuz biggest muscles or something so that can benefit upper body gains. Also squat and deadlift fun
 
Lower body training doesn't hurt, and at best benefits your upper body training. Just hit legs, bro. You have chatgpt so the "what to do" is basically not an issue
