People are fucking retarded about it and we live in worst time of this. Everyone now has access to heavy-blasting sound systems for cheap, the systems themselves are getting louder and louder ("volume wars"). People went fucking nuts, they can't just listen to their music, they just HAVE TO blast it full volume, with the subwoofer on max, so everyone in radius of a kilometer has to fucking hear it. At the same time, law is always behind technology and if police won't be personally determined to help you, they won't give a fuck to do anything about it.

Sleep deprivation is used as a literal torture, and this is sleep deprivation on you if a motherfucker blasts you with sound and bass after you come back tired, want to sleep and have to wake up early next day. Yet most people still don't realise of how fucking insane that is and oftentimes treat you as if you're a stiff-ass geezer for just wanting to fucking sleep at night.
Awful situation and for now the only way you can approach it is to either hope you will be able to convince him to be more considerate, or play a gangster and force him to it one way or another
