Want to ascend to hexum

Want to become the next hexum. Not good at morphs. What are some things I can do hardmax and softmax wise.
Current in process to getting peptides.

because your jaw shape is rounded like the redline, but yea you would need a ct scan to know for sure, but its prob rounded

it prob has close to this shape

hexum has more this shape prob, and you need more then implants to make the jaw less boxy with implants

I was thinking that. Though I won't mind hearing more about the jaw shaving though. More or less want to make the best decisions and get enough feedback from enough people. But would i be able to get jaw shaving after a double jaw surgery?

i mean you would need a ct scan, but many people have relatively low ramus even tough its not wide, and adding gonials to make the jaw wider will still add some to the ramus or add to the current already low ramus and it wont look optimal. or the the jaw itself is rounded in shape, you want a more traingular shape to get optimal frontal angle and so fourthm and sometimes its just adding the gonials will make it weird so optimally one would need slight shaving and implants in the correct postion, but its not commonly done i guess and would need good planning with surgeon

Softmaxxes :
- getting leaner to bring out angularity and to accentuate hollow cheeks (if not enough, consider buccal fat removal or a fat dissolver)
- Visine or an equivalent for a brighter sclera. Coloured contacts are try-hard and you don't need them indeed.
- minoxidil + microneedling to fill in your eyebrows. You would need to grow the medial parts towards the glabella, but I doubt anything will achieve this but an eyebrow transplant (mediocre results at best - don't do it).

Hardmaxxes :
- HA filler to correct the upper lip
- otoplasty to pin the ears
- 3D genioplasty. Hexum had a wide chin, not a narrower one like on your morph.
- jaw angle implants and fillers to fine-tune the angularity
- maybe some zygo shaving, as yours are massive (I remember it was more obvious on previous pics posted in older threads)

Alternatively to the 3D genio and jaw angle implants, you could consider a chin wing and fillers. But I doubt the latter would manage to generate enough volume in the jaw angles ; so implants might be mandatory. Either way, some people like Lurking Truecel assert that it's impossible to get flared gonions (like Hexum) with implants and fillers.

Chin wing osteotomy along with jaw angle implants instead of jaw surgery if you're not recessed / have vertical maxillary deficiency

i mean putting fillers and implants is stupid combo, as you put foregin objects on top of foreign objects, which increases infection risk with time.

doing one or the other is the way, esp since you want to put filler on the bone, and having a implant is stupid if you do that

Recessed mandible, fairly bad over bight. Could definitely need more forward projection for both mandible/chin and maxilla. Double jaw is recommended for that, also would likely need one to prevent sleep apnoea.

Your jaw is a bit flat like mine. I don't think if there even is some surgery for it besides just shaving the jaw.

I think both some shaving and implants are needed to get the right shape.
I'm just guessing you also have a ramus around 3 inches long?
