Want to become fat, but i dont like goyslop or bread. How much grams of pasta should i eat every day. Im doing a lot of exercise (weights, sparring) im 6 2 110 pounds 45 kg

6'2 45kgs jesus christ atp just eat mcdonalds burgers anything in your house fucking cheese out the pack and sause straight from the bottle
 
and you must be proposing that his diet should be protein dense but you fucking grey piece of shit protein has highest tef
 
body spends the most amount of energy for digesting protein meanwhile fats have low tef so lesser calories burnt js to digest

figure out maintenance, track calories and eat in 300-500 calorie surplus, this is what i did to gain 20 kilos, if you ever find yourself not moving up on the scale just simply up the surplus.Also make sure your putting in work in the gym so you have some muscle post bulk. mk677 could probably benefit you, i used to be a stick aswell mk is a game changer.

Every fast food chain tastes disgusting, its over priced, full of chemixals and makes me sick. I eat very healthy just fast metabolism or smt

I just want to gain weight how much pasta do u think
dont just eat pasta mix in some other foods. if you wanna gain weight any carb based foods are good. you cant just say when you will get bigger and how long because it depends on your metabolism

I know that I eat very healthy , dairy and redmeat and fish, spinach, but for all my carbs I get it from fruits, which digest fast, so u think 900 grams would be good bulk or more

eat a lot of diary and raw milk, fruits and whatever you can but not goyslop
