Wanting to start accutane

I don’t rlly have any acne I get the odd spots but im not looking to get it for just some spots I want the other benefits and to make my nose appear that slight bit smaller and the side effects and how it may cook me for a bit first is alright but idk how to get any without a dermatologist and if I find a seller is it safe to take or do I need to have tests done

i went to a dermatologist and she refused to give it to me, saying it was a last resort. Fuck sake

If you don't already have acne or large pores on your nose it will likely make almost no difference. Accutane only shrinks your nose due to the inflammation that the acne gives you.

You would benefit more from topical hydrocortisone which has a side effect of not only reducing inflammation but thinning the skin.

Will make very little difference either way. Go with the hydrocortisone you'd likely see a 10-30% decrease in size depending on thickness of skin and some other factors.
