mine lower incisor teeth are loose does thes mean my teeth will get crooked . Also do you still do chew with incisors for maxilla rotation or did you stop?

Give it a rest for a month or two at least. They will go back to normal. I was scared because everything online suggests it's permanent, it's not. There are many other ways you can get maxilla rotation like mouthguard chewing, just make sure you actually rest enough to let your teeth recover.
