Hey fellas, what surgeries do I need to get to 5.25 psl with this face?

I have an overbite and overcrowding in both my jaws. I plan on getting invisalign treatment + bimax + genioplasty. Then, I plan on getting eyelid surgery and an infraorbital-implant.

Is it truly over for me? I also have a shit sense of fashion that I'm trying to work on and improve

yes its over for you, you can try to get surgeries but they will not allow you to ascend or get to 5 PSL

What's my limiting factor?

A downgraft bimax + genioplasty will pull my lower third down and forward.

Then, eyelid surgery + infraorbital-cheekbone implant will be the last step (for hard-maxxes)
