Look how slowly he’s breathing here despite being in high stress situation with cameras on him. This buteyko breathing allowed him to be extremely quick ( he was the fastest sprinter in school), high ph acidosis due to high co2 which lead to extreme immunity and bone osteoblasts formation. His bones was due to this.

Well you should ideally been doing this since birth for any tangible benefits for bones. See how Native American and Vedic Aryans life revolves around fire( red light), tobacco (osteoblast formation), meditative methods (which basically incorprate buteyko), microdosing hallucinogens (low serotonin and high dopamine) and lots of sunlight exposure (huge for bones). So if you want good bones then you need to increase co2 in your body.
