His body in that movie is achievable natty, but nobody can know for sure.
Typically, Hollywood actors are all on steroids for any major role where a good physique is required.
In this specific case, he doesn't look to have gained an extreme amount of muscle mass in a short time, so I doubt it, but it's really hard to tell.

I doubt it. Then again, he's on movie set with perfect pumps and lighting and tan, super lean and at good angles. If you wanna see a realistic scene of would he probably looks like day to day, check out him from a distance when he's shirtless in the movie like when he's running with the chainsaw.

But I'd guess no, not saying it's not possible to look like that naturally though. You'll probably eventually realize looking like that is fun in a movie where your shirt is off but irl it's not worth the hassel to be that perfect.
