You cannot judge a case properly remotely with this information. Why? Because there are far too many things that we may not know. It's impossible to be inside someone's mind and find out with certainly what they think and if they say the truth but the closer we get is through observation.

From what it is stated, it seems reasonable to assume that a rape in public with multiple people recording seems to be an unlikely scenario and she was not forced. She might just regret how everything developed and being known as that girl... she probably had far too much social pressure on her because of that video and is doing this to save face.
