His anterior is projected really forward. Slight recession MAYBE nothing too serious. I'd say not balding.

E: he has a V shape in certain pictures. seems to be using hair cuts to cover it up.

you don't necessarily lose temples when you're balding so perhaps he was. hard to say. whatever it is it was only starting.
