A lot. I stopped growing at 14-15.
I got severe acne and now have severe acne scars. I have deep wrinkles on my forehead despite only being 18 years old. My midface got elongated. The hump on my nose got bigger.

Do you unknowingly/subconsciously raise your eyebrows often ? That can definitely result in forehead wrinkles after being repeated under a long period of time

Probably. But I also have deep wrinkles on my neck. My skin is just very fucked up in general.

The skin on your neck is usually very thin so you need to moisture it often. Try using a sleeping pack on your face and neck every other day (like a vitamin E cream or something deeply moisturising).

Thanks for the advice. I didn't moisturize for years because I was scared that it might aggravate my acne, but I have been using moisturizers for the past months.
My skin cannot be saved anymore though. It's over.

I’m sure you’ve heard this all before but dermarolling/stamping and megadosing Vit. C (a high % one) can legit revive your skin.

Basically told me it's over in a nice way. He said I started the treatment too late and that my acne is very severe. Hasn't had such a patient in a long time.
