I look at 3 year mewing results and I Feel like a retard because they look terrible
compared to what I *THINK* I have achieved in such a small amount of time
this transformation a little over 4 weeks.
It was supposed to be my feb 12th upload
then i got suicidal and requested ban

I literally gained bloat wdf and like 6 pounds

That's good because My face was bloated in the after and I did gain fat in the month.
that means I have less buccal fat then
That alone is something that Mike mew promised would come of mewing
Any way this is a small time transformation that i abandoned
I Have much bigger planned (31%)

bruh I literally gained weight on purpose and my face is more puffy and I got more acne cause of it
If People think My face is leaner then I must have got rid of some buccal fat

I'm just tryna max out mewing for a bit and see where it takes me
if nothing dramatic happens in the next 3 months of my plan
I'll think about reconstruction

I started mewing about a week or so ago and have been using Chisell for about 2 months, just stick at it and don’t be checking every day for changes, I took some pics and I’ll check and make a comparison in like 3 months time,
