9.2, his coloring is incredible, he looks aspie but in media it's easy to pick out stuff like that, I've seen an objective 7.8 face in a store once and when you see an attractive face in real life it's insane, his only big failo is his forehead, genuinely don't get how he's a 7, im open to your opinion though

Well his nose is thin so his lip to nose ratio is ideal but I get what ur saying, his camthal tilt could be mathematically better, but since his medial canthus is so downturned and long it would make his look alienated, his midface is long but It kinda gives that tall skull appearance so it's not too bad, and his skull doesent look narrow i think it's just long, only 1 of the things you listed is a fwilo and it's his midface/nose length, but the rest of the things are kinda already good stuff that could be more ideal
