mk677 30mg from 17 to 18 (12 months)
atleast 100 dxm trips
3 coffees a day
nicotine (cigarettes vapes gums) from 17 to 22 and a half
adderall vyvanse ritalin concerta from 19 to 22 and a half
lots of alcohol
benzos but I think those dont have physical side effects
wellbutrin for a year
very rarely, but past cocaine meth lsd mescaline mushrooms weed use

when I worked a very physical job for 5 months I used to take 27mg concerta drink 3 coffees and smoke 5 cigarettes or 3 nicotine gums a day my heart was beating so fast


I'm sober from everything since January 1st 2023 I only drink one coffee a day that's it yet my heart feels weird im always out of breath is it over for me? not vaccinated but got covid a bunch of times

I used to rationalize my use and make why nicotine is acktually good for you it boosts your T threads

You should be taking more drugs

I take benzos once in a while still tbh I will miss drugs forever I don't have any hobbies they've always been my only cope along with making money

I started dxm young too it was my first drug at 15 nowadays I feel slower and disconnected compared to this period I used to be normal with friends now I can't communicate with others properly but honestly I don't mind, the dxm afterglow made me more social and less depressed I don't think its what caused me to be slower more likely the amphetamines

I eat well I think just meat fish dairy potatoes fruits vegetables regular stuff but I never do cardio only go on walks

how much alcohol are we talking about? did you get withdrawal symptoms? do you have anxiety?
