Was recommended fillers/implants by everyone including the maxfac I went to at first

So I can't stand my maxilla which I'm sure everyone here already knows about. I spoke to the max fac that I had gone to last year, the one who is looks concious etc. He told me that I had to be the one to choose what I should do and basically said that all of the answers were correct. I told him I wanted to do bimax but it was cost prohibitive and he suggested that I just do the implants or fillers now and come back if I need the bimax for funcitional reasons. He said that my midface could be fixed independent of bimax but that I would be better off consulting with plastic surgeons for the best results. Then I called the PS from Newport that I've been talking to and set an appointment to go over options with him.
At this point the path seems clear that I should get infra orbital, malar, midface, and zygos work done, the fillers or implants can cover all of those areas. My only question is whether this will be worth it. I am truly concerned that it will be going from subpar looks to more subpar looks

Right now I got quotes 5k for fat grafts that would cover the areas I mentioned. Implants would likely cost much more but I have to do something

its cool. I'm in the US so insurance sucks. Just frusterated because my life is on hold until I get it. Or if the implants actually do their job I could start living sooner but i dont know
