IMO Ted Bundy is the epitome of JBW. He was slightly above-average for some time in his life. In his youth he was average as hell. But Chad? Fuck no.

By the way he'd killed 20 women by the time that pic was taken. The girl with him in that pic was his girlfriend's daughter.
