i have really long hair and it worked fine, only thing is that you must rinse with cold water to not cook the egg

you shouldn't wash your hair with hot water anyway, lukewarm didn't harm for me

i dont even know if there are more benefits with different kind of eggs, in my case they were bio but just because it was what i had in the kitchen at the moment and wanted to give it a try
