Washing hair without shampoo, hair smells?

So i read about washing your hair with bo shampoo in this forum and I thought I might give it a try. So here I am now, for a couple of days I've only washed my hair with water. I asked my mother if my hair smells and she said it is not too strong but it smells a bit like unwashed hair. Will it get better if I keep going?

If you're not a poorcel, just get high end shampoo and conditioner with good ratings from hairdressers and people who know what they're talking about.

no its not greasy at all it looks really good especially after no shampoo my hair was always hard to style but not its really easy the inly problem is the smell

yeah im using shampoo 3 times a week now it doesnt smell at all
