tbh idk if its true but watching someone get their limbs detached from them while they're fully conscious did make me realize how stupid some of my problems really are.

Obviously everything is relative but i suggest people that struggle with overthinking to watch some fucked up gore

just because somebody got it worse doesn't invalidate ur problems/feelings and watching gore has more cons than pros
it will leave you paranoid and addicted to it, stop watching before it's too late
