Water Fast Log

Just hit midnight. My water fast starts now.

I’ll keep myself accountable here. Don’t really care if you don’t read / don’t care. This log is for me.

Was in ketosis prior to starting so transition should be good.

Drinking snake juice (water + salt + potassium) only.

Will continue training gym and daily activity of 15k steps a day.

Start: Monday 3rd Feb

13 hours completed - not feeling hungry
Will go for walk soon. Then hit a gym session.

Will go for minimum 3 days, ideally 5, then refeed on weekend and repeat.

I don't know if you want to listen to me or not, snake juice will work until you use up all your body's "reserves", and then it will start to damage you, I tried it myself. It's better to just fast on water + do things that remove accumulated toxins

I'm open to new info. Used up what reserves? and do that to remove accumulated toxins? Fasting itself should remove dead cells etc.

The snake juice is only for prolonged fasts (over 3 days) so I don't think I will even need it. Just salt water should be enough for 3 day fasts so you can workout properly without any/much fatigue, from my understanding.

(Rolling 72s) 72 hour water fasts + small refeed (500-1000 calories) then repeat, is ideal and should be able to get desired leanness / shredded like this.

You will burn fat for energy instead of sugar, and it needs to be removed from the body, if you were gradually entering the fasting, then your body can get used to removing it on water alone, but if you immediately went on a fasting, then enemas should help you with this, but I just use some fruit juice because I'm lazy, maybe the fact that you can eat for one day on the snake juice diet will help with this

I can't explain this with research and other things, you will simply start to feel thirsty, and if your head starts to spin without thirst, then this is the problem with what I wrote earlier

I don't think it's a problem since I was in ketosis prior so I don’t think it matters. I’m usually in a state of ketosis due to my diet. I feel perfectly fine in ketosis, even better than when using sugar as energy.
