You're right i stopped using shampoo and my hair isnt frizzy or shit i just clean it with water if it gets dirty or use a comb

Yeah but water isnt bad or anything
Hot water is bad cause it strips oils but cold water does nothing negative. And clay in lakes and stuff be washing ur hair
