could cause downswinging but not really just massage ur masseters and use anything else if u eat gum

gym is not cope nor is drinking lots of water. the gym increases testosterone (i can link metastudys if you would like) and builds hypertrophy. obviously your end result in the gym should be a leaner athletic build rather than the average bodybuilding modern physique. Also increased testosterone leads to better bone structure along with HGH (look at people who abuse peds like bodybuilders.)

ideal amount of days u should go is probably 4 days. most gymcels do like 3-4

also it really depends on what your doing exactly, low volume high intensity is ideal

if you workout excessively, sure id guess that would apply but if you optimize it you should be fine tbh

yea exactly working out correctly increases ur test idk what this guy is talking bout "exercise lowers test", as long as your not overtraining your test will be higher

gym and sprinting raise cortisol and damage hormones in an developing adolescent body. not saying to be above 15% bf but do light cardio instead to stay lean. all looksmaxxes are cope except leanmaxxing because all testosterone is predetermined prenatally and that determines bones height dimorphism

most lazy cope thing ive ever heard. sprinting and gym literally increase ur test and you'lll only increase coritsol if u go too hard so just don't do that. someone who sprints and workouts will have higher test than a lazy couch rotter who jogs a few min every once in a while

i would argue thats not true. Most studys now show higher volume training is better than lower volume. up to 35-40 sets per week can even be effective. I would argue its not a decrese in testosterone that comes from over training but muscle atrophy which might be linked to testosterone production and if it is than muscle hypertrophy would be aswell.
