What surgery do you need?

If you're lacking in mandible development but have a good maxilla, BSSO is good for you.

If your entire midface is recessed along with your mandible, get a bimax and possibly more depending on how severe it is.

If your entire midface is recessed, but your mandible isn't, you can either get a Lefort I or II depending on severity.

If your eyes are wide set, you can try and get an OBO. This may be difficult to do, but there are likely some surgeons that would be willing.

If your face is SEVERELY recessed, you may need a trimax. This will proceed the chin as well as the mandible and maxilla.

If you have a severe facial deformity causing recession, lefort 3 may be your only option, but it isn't viable. Remember, even if looks are a huge part of life, a botch would make you look even worse. Be careful with your surgeries.

Now one of the only issues that can't be reliably fixed or hasn't been shown to have been fixed is close-set eyes. I haven't extended my research far, but it doesn't seem an OBO is as viable; it may just be a theoretical fix.

I will continue to research different facial surgeries in order to gain more knowledge, as I'm quite uneducated at the moment.

Nobody is fixing that unless you wanna die on an operating table in Tijuana.
