Water weight (bloat) vs Fat in the face.

How do you know if its either fat that goes away last in the face or ur just a bloatcel. is there any way to tell???

Usually when I starve for a couple of days the water weight goes away in the face even tho the body seems the same

Yeah usually notable difference after 3 days

It only goes away if u eat a lot of carbs and goy from my experience
