Obviously work them out but shouldn't the majority of the arm day be forearms?

Your forearms will naturally grow when lifting since they are used a fuckton , of course you can target them if you really feel like lacking but theres usually no need for it and its also hard to fit a forearm day imo.

Honestly tho I don’t train them much in isolation, I focus on delts

Biceps and triceps get worked enough in the compound lifts I do

To move your body and objects in the environment obviously.
Biceps are used for carrying objects in daily life, triceps for pushing objects.
