Sprinting. Sprinting 3 times a week will increase your human growth hormone in your body by around 700 percent. 5 sprints for around 70 metres and after each sprint, walk back each time and you're done. Do that each day. Just that 3 times a week will help you. Spread them out obviously for you low IQ users. DOES NOT WORK FOR USERS ARE OVER 18 (OVER).

Everyday will ruin it. You must have rest days 😭
Fasting doesn’t significantly enhance long term HGH production it only temporarily increases levels to compensate for the absence of nutrients. Also running alone has minimal impact on sustained HGH secretion.
