I have a slight stuttering problem that's ruined my social life tbh, worst part is it seems its genetic. I even stutter on my own name ffs and people think I'm a retard

Think the exact words you’re going to say before you say them, I used to stutter when I was young then did that and it went away. Idk though see a speech therapist
