why even be taller at that point? Also you are done growing, at most, you'll gain 1cm or so

I live in the netherlands and yes thats a medium here i would be satisfied with 5 cm more

just eat bro, there's nothing you can do at this point. No doctor will give you HGH at your height nor at your age. But 187 is already tall in the netherlands bro. The average height there is like 183 no?

Average height might be 183 but when i walk in public im overshadowed by taller people and hgh is an anabolic steroid which is legal in the netherlands so i can buy them online

HGH likely won't due much at ur age. I did HGH at 13 and it barely makes a difference at that age, maybe 2 cm or smt like that. At your age, it's literally pointless. Stop being autistic. Just go live life you tall nigga
