Title
Obviously I think there aint any softmaxxes for that but I wanna know how? Undergoing marpe and trying to get a wider maxilla wont really help since most of the force wont be projected on the lateral axis but downwards resulting in minimal bizygomatic distance change.

How could it push your zygoma downwards? The zygomatic process is superior (i.e., above) the palate where expansion occurs.

Look at the zygomatic bone relative to the location of the maxilla, rather the lower part of the maxilla (i.e., below the nose) before the zygomatic process starts. There is no way that maxiliary expansion could cause your zygos to go DOWNWARDS given where force is applied.
I don't know why you think you'd see inferior growth from MARPE instead of lateral. The whole point of any sort of palate expander is lateral expansion for better development/breathing.
Get filler/high-volume threads for specifically bizygomatic width if you aren't willing to get malar implants.
I assume you want to increase your FWHR.

Yes i want to increase fwhr, yes i also thought it would push my zygos out but chatgpt said that it wont do any difference which i also think must be false

It could push my zygos outwards in angle instead of lateral

Probably depends on age, change might be negligible but I feel it would still increase FWHR though maybe not to as significant an extent as you might want.

Here i made this to explain.
Isnt the temporal bone keeping the zygos in place and prohibiting any movement of the zygos?

I can't give you a solid answer, but if this bone definitively prohibits the lateral expansion of the zygoma, then there would be absolutely zero reliable/verifiable anecdotes of people increasing their FWHR post-MARPE of which, there is.

@aids lets say these things would hypothetically work and will increase my bizygomatical distance, which ones would that be? Im 17 years old (but yeah depends on ossification) which things could give me more distance? Pls easy english
