I am almost 15 and about 5’7, im only supposed to get around 5’10. However i don’t want to be a short skinny LTN forever so im trying to go to bed earlier and eat more nutritious food. I am just having trouble finding ways to go to bed on time and get good quality sleep. I usually get about 5 to 6 hours of sleep, and have to wake up once a night to piss. Is there any meds that i could some what easily get better sleep? Additionally how much sleep should i get if i wanna get as tall as possible? (sorry for any broken English :feelstastyman:)

Cut out all blue lights 1-2 hours before bed. Dont be acitve past 8pm. you need 8-10 hours of sleep. Take 20 mg melatonin 1 hour before bed. mark me as solution by clicking the checkmark on the right

Solution
Wake up earlier(seriously I didn't think of this until embarrassingly late into my life)
Magnesium glycinate
Last resort melatonin

Turn off all light to help circadian rhythm and stare at a bright light when you wake up for your circadian rhythm

You could take melatonin
You could isolate yourself from your phone before bed

Tbh im wating for answers on this one and me to im 13 175cm either mtn or ltn wanting to maximise my puberty

you should sleep like 9-10 hours in adolescence
and take melatonin

No screens around an hour or two before bed, and keep your windows slightly open as having your room cooled helps you to fall asleep better and as well as that try to relax a bit and keep your mind off of things that cause stress as that hinders your chances of falling asleep.

You also shouldn't consume any content on any electronic device before sleeping
