I am almost 15 and about 5’7, im only supposed to get around 5’10. However i don’t want to be a short skinny LTN forever so im trying to go to bed earlier and eat more nutritious food. I am just having trouble finding ways to go to bed on time and get good quality sleep. I usually get about 5 to 6 hours of sleep, and have to wake up once a night to piss. Is there any meds that i could some what easily get better sleep? Additionally how much sleep should i get if i wanna get as tall as possible? (sorry for any broken English
)
