any smart person can give its opinion
 
i would’ve given my thoughts but I haven’t studied dopamine and the reward system yet :forcedsmile::forcedsmile:

Think, "i feel good now but its a reality that i will eventually go back to 'feeling deeply sensitive'" rather than feeling "bad".

but remember, this also means that when you're feeling deeply sensitive, know that you will eventually go back to feeling ok
