Yeah I've had veins under my abs all summer lol. I definitely won't take the bulk too far though.

8% is too much but in a week i'll look the best i've ever looked in my life, def 10%, or maybe 9% so i can have some fun and overeat here and there, 8% makes u age a lot i think

Muscles ARE NOT attractive. Working out is pointless stress and muscle mass after a certain point is no better than fat

Only leanness is attractive unless you are an oldcel

reta is supposed to be muscle sparring when it comes to weightloss

Yes, 200-300g per day and I increased steroid dosage as well.

My DNP cycle was far more successful with no lean mass lost, it wrecked my cardio for a couple of months but I’ll take that over losing 3 kg of lean mass out of 5kg total weight loss with Reta.

That will take me many months if not years to get back. It’s absolutely brutal. I would recommend any hard gainers to only use DNP and avoid GLP drugs and calorie deficit dieting in general.
