Dont get scared of big text! or you will lose 1psl Explanation:We all now that lot of us can ascend, but most of us still dont.
What is in our way?
Have you ever noticed? When you make some plans, first you start to follow them and you are satisfied. Then you just do Other shit automatically and here is the key.
Why we do this? becuse our body is trying to save energy by making habits. It is because our brain uses up to 25% energy of body and it makes sense to not overthink aka not to be in an active mode. Psychologist distinguish two modes of brain, active and passive. So when you dont haave lots of energy due to less eating, you tend to transition in a passive mode, this is why most of us never aascend!
Once you make shitty habits ingrained deeply in you synapses, it becomes much harder aand haarder to breaak the cycle.
What you haave to do to avoid this?
Eat atleast 4-5 times per day, high quality food.
Think aactively about what you do and why you do it. Dont do shit automaticlly. Time can pass very fast when you are in a passive mode.
Even when you are aware all of this, it is still hard tu pull off.
I wrote this thread after i ate some food and got energized, i noticed this patterd way earlier.
After you eat food, it is great time to study, work, or workout, whatever is it to ascend you
Remember you are alone in this universe, nobody will help you, as much aas you can help yourself!
Everyone has their own problems! And you haave your own!
Man up, set plans and follow them! I m sorry to say you are alone in this shitty universe, nobody will pay for your surgeries!
