I think there should be a certain level of engagement and contribution by new users before they can access the more high quality content

It shouldn’t just be measured by posts or reps, but also time spent online. Some users are pretty knowledgeable and educated but just don’t post a lot

how u consider which thread is "good" or not?
If the thread is helpful for looksmaxing, then it goes to the appropriate section

If the thread is "funny" idk, then it goes to offtopic, and those who like it, could save the link anyway
