We need to acknowledge the fact that some people have faces who can't ascend with surgeries

I'm not saying that their base is trucel tier, sometimes they're normies but their faces wouldn't get better with any surgery
Any studies or high iq comments on this subject?
Surgery is not for everyone regardless of how good the surgeon is or what you choose, you should be aware of it and find another ways to increase your looks that's not surgery

My face would ascend to htn or chadlite just because i have downward growth

Some faces are just not harmonious and getting all of their features to come together in a more harmonious and pleasant to look at way just isn't possible with surgeries. It will change one specific feature but the overall harmony will still be lacking. Sometimes the issue stems from poor ratios and proportions and that is hard to fix. Usually you can only ascend through surgeries when there's just one small flaw holding you back, if you're clearly far from attractive you can't achieve that with some surgical procedures.
