We play a role in plastic surgery prices

This forum is basically the market for plastic surgery. The more we hype we certain surgeons, the more they will rise their prices. They can get away with it because we are willing to go the extra mile and get the surgery done.

Stop hyping up certain surgeons. Stop telling the prices of the surgeries in public. PM information. At the very least, surgeons have their assistants browse the internet to find competing surgeons and their prices. Keep the prices and hype on the down low.

I told you guys this multiple times, previously (which is also why I had my surgeon thread list deleted) but nobody cares (still posting prices).

Disappointing TBH but good to see more members like @PrettyBoyMaxxing recognizing the issue and making a concerted effort to change it.

Any evidence of this or something similar happening or are you just speculating? After all, this forum is relatively small and the vast majority of users here never get surgery.

We’ve got 4,000 members of which I think only about a hundred or maybe two hundred will actually get surgeries (majority of them being greycels which rarely talk on here). I, for one, highly doubt reputable surgeons visit the forum, see some aspies discussing the prices of other surgeons, notice the higher prices/demand for the treatments of other surgeons and increase the cost of their own procedure(s) afterward or see some users here discussing their own procedures and then increase the price of their treatment(s) because of the belief that the demand for their service has increased considerably just because of some users here.

It just seems pretty baseless and very speculative (like a lot of things on this site) to me. I am more than willing to concede to your notion if you’ve actually got evidence of the matter at hand. Not that I was hyping up or posting the prices of any surgeons anyway, but still.

i think its not about if we do it or not. he's saying just by talking and saying prices we are hyping it up.
also, another effect or this forum is annoying plastic surgeons. emailing eppley cost no money and he is probably getting a lot of just curious looksmaxers window shopping. if we keep going like this one day they will get pissed and just tell you fly to their office or gtfo

I'm using a palate expander and have enough money for a subnasale lift for when I'm finished with the palate expander. I guess I'll be apart of the minority then.
