We should bring back sexual selection

The idea of the genetically gifted male to continue his generation is really good and could solve a lot of problems actually. While our morals don't allow sexual selection nowadays (we cant just fight in an arena till half of the men die) I think we could still implement it as a law. For example before a male could have sex he should be tested genetically and if he isn't good enough he can't have sex and thus have children. Sexual selection was a good but brutal concept that we should implement and twist a bit in present days.
