We should bring back slavery but instead of enslaving colored people we will enslave anyone below 5'7 (170cm)

In a perfect society no man below the height of 6'0 (183cm) barefoot is permitted to breed and if he is, he will be slain.
Any male from 5'9 - 5'11 (175 - 182cm) will be of our regular workers. They are not allowed to breed and will work at regular jobs.
Any male from 5'7 - 5'8 (170 - 174cm) will perform the hefty jobs men taller than them will not want to do. (ex. Janitors, Working Underwater- anything boring or dangerous to a human's life.)
Any male from 5'3 to 5'6 (160 - 169cm) will be enslaved. They will follow the orders of taller humans. Only males at 183cm or above are allowed to own slaves.
Both males and females below the height of 5'3 (160cm) will be executed upon the enacting of this societal rule.
I haven't decided what to do with the rest of the foids.

Majority of people at or above 6'0 are not ltns. Plus, they will likely get little to no play anyways due to the standards being risen heavily
