I have Weak connective tissue (idek if this is the Right english Translation for it). My Face just turns red easily, just going outside in Winter gutes it a harsh red undertone making me look like im kind of Sweating. Is there any fix to Not get that red while just changing Temperatur / exercise

because it Ruins my colouring in Contrast when in Special conditions. I just want it so be a bit less thats all, idk if normal tan products Like Beta carotine or astaxanthin would help it be less visable
