I'm planning to get to 10x9, but I heard that PE can make your erections weak af , is it true?

i vouch for this but keep in mind that stretching is only aiming at lengthening the ligaments, not lengthening the actual tunica. ideally you should first stretch for a while, and when you've maxed out gains from that start jelqing

This isn’t true. Look up actual studies of penile extenders. It causes actual growth in the penile tissues, it’s used for peyronies too (curvature of penis) and the only way it would work is if it affects the tunica directly. However, yes, a lot of gains can come from the ligaments too.
