So I’ve been wearing 2inch lifts for like 1 year straight now, and let me tell you….

My back is fucked, cramps and a whole lotta problem, definitely worth tho and I’m not gonna stop:forcedsmile:

Yes that’s why I think they’re not good. They actually make you shorter over time

Side effects depend on the lifts. Putting 1/3" heel inserts in my sneakers, just are not worth the knee problems they have caused, and I quit using them 9 months ago. My Calden lift shoes, +2" over regular shoes, are pretty comfortable and I still wear them once a week, and they are virtually undectable as lift shoes.

I have stopped wearing my lift sneakers, partly because of knee concerns, and partly because someone that knows what to look for could easily spot them as lift sneakers if I am wearing shorts, which is most of the time since I live in Florida.

True you can’t rock them with shorts, but those shoes look like what boomers wear

Lol, you need to exercise vigurously and stretch to mitigate the side effects, your tendons could shrink if you wear lifts too much.
