Weed and nicotine makes me feel and look worse

I quit nicotine and weed for 1 week until yesterday.
Yesterday night i decided to smoke some weed and use some nicotine pouches with some friends, because i’m not boring and wanted to have fun.

However i woke up feeling like shit. All the progress i made feels gone. Just like cheating on your diet if that makes sense.

Going to continue not using it. It’s just not worth it.

It makes my skin look pale and therefore my dark circles and bags look more prominent. I cover it a bit up with some light concealer.

for me its alcohol. bro i can literally smoke weed all day long and wake up the next day feelling fine. not with alcohol. i look and feel like shit the next 48 hours after a bender
