Weed at 15 during growth spurt

Pretty sure im going through a growth spurt like 90% sure. Wondering if weed eod to go to sleep will have an impact on my growth facially and height wise.
The reason why I'm curious is because i heard it increases estrogen slightly whcih can be beneficial for bone growth and formation. I also wonder if it benefits my sleep cycle and hormone production during that because I always fall asleep quickly and it atleast feels like a deep sleep when I wake up. Its a weed pen if that matters.

It should not affect growth unless you are a heavy user in which case yes it will, it will also spike cortisol due to the issues it causes with a developing brain such as depression, anxiety and paranoia
Cannot remember the study but it found that boys who smoke a lot were much shorter on average don't quote me on that one though
