weed made my face diffrent

I used to smoke before now i start smoking for like a week a bunch of weed and i noticed some changes in my face

my jawline is more visible my cheeks are more hallow and cheekbone were poping more also i have more eye hoodin and my browridge is more prominent can someone explain how?

and dark circles which make me look dark triad and now idk how my face is more fuckin tanned no joke
