Weed makes my eye area subhuman

Whenever I am decently rested my eye area is definitely decent, maybe even good.
Because my cheeckbones are wide but not much forward grown, my eye area becomes shit and gets a dark under-eye area, as soon as I am not well-rested or smoked some weed.
I recently had sone success with mewing which surely helped.
I'd really like my eye area not become shitty as soon as I smoke sum kush, can I prevent my eye area from doing this or do I need an eye surgey (or at least wait for further mewing results, since I only fo it for about 4 months with visible results).

weed makes me anxious as fuck, No way I will smoke it ever again.
whereas Tobacco makes me feel relaxed and calm (even if for a shorter time) so it's a better cope if I wanna do a cheat day. (I never smoke or drink alcohol more than once a week)

Yes OP my eyes go zombie when I smoke too much in a short amount of time, when I quit or reduce my eyes look bright and colourful again.
