I think it could, smoking weed fucks with your sleep in some ways (idk exactly I don't understand it fully but it reduces rem sleep) so maybe that could have an effect. Also some studies say it reduces testosterone. But overall just don't smoke weed when you're a kid it will make you slightly more retarded it's not worth I regret it
